How long does my order take?

Every piece is made to order. Carving and sanding take 7-10 days, we send you a photo for approval, then finishing, crating and delivery take about 2 weeks.

Is shipping really free?

Yes - standard freight shipping to any address in the contiguous United States is included in the price.

Can I choose the size or wood tone?

Most pieces offer several sizes and finishes right on the product page. For anything custom, send us a message before you order and we will tell you what is possible.

Where are your pieces made?

We design and select every piece, and each order is handcrafted by our partner artisan workshops in Vietnam and China, then shipped directly to you with tracking.

Solid wood. Natural driftwood branches. The Rustic Tree Coat Rack Entryway Hallway is handcrafted for the entry, the hall, or a bedroom corner. Every branch has its own shape.

Form

Organic limbs reach outward like a small tree. It works as storage and as sculpture. No two racks look exactly alike.

Stability

The version without a base keeps the look clean. In that setup, hang no more than about 6.6 to 11 lbs. Add the optional support base for more stability, less risk of tipping, and a higher load.

Use

Since this is real wood, grain, knots, and color will vary a little between pieces. It is made to order, so yours carries a character all its own.

Dust with a soft dry cloth. Wipe spills promptly, keep away from direct heat sources and re-oil oiled finishes once or twice a year.
